In the “Larder” this week 30th March 2026

The larder is pretty well stocked this week. We really need some freezer items to go this week, including bangers and mash, bags of chips and Yorkshire puddings. We also still have bau buns and a lot of roast potatoes. Along with Farne of Scotland Salmon and some frozen cat food.

In the fridge we have a few steaks some mince, some big tiramisu and tortellini pasta, with a few cartons of UHT milk.

The fruit and veg table has sprung back to life, we have plenty easy peeler oranges, apples, greenvale potatoes, parsnips, spring onion, red cabbage, yellow peppers, cress, turnips, cabbages.

On the shelf there is pasta, peanut butter, cans of juice, red cabbage, pickled onions, cranberry sauce, onion chutney and more……

Come along on Tuesday or Thursday between 10am and 2pm to our café and larder openings or Friday between 1pm and 2pm for our larder only opening.

Up to 10 items for minimum donation of £2, all welcome, save this food from going in the bin.
