In the “Larder” this week 12th January 2026

There was a wee mishap with our delivery this morning and quite a few items from our order were sent elsewhere.

Luckily the Fareshare delivery guys came back with the missing items. They are volunteers and were running late so it was very good of them.

In the Fridge we have quite a few individual Kilmarnock Pies, all of what we have will be in the fridge for the Tuesday morning opening. Hopefully enough to go around everyone that would like one. Also in the fridge was have milk dated 13.01.2026, I am sure there are a few people that will can use that quickly. We also still have a few Jalfrezzi curry’s, curry sauce, yogurt drinks and coconut water.

In the freezer we still have large Yorkshire puddings but now we have some small Aunt Bessies Yorkshire puddings. We still have few bags of oven chips, McKain baked potatoes and roast potatoes along with some bean and root burgers. And for the luxury item there is Salmon Fillets from Farne of Scotland.

Nearly forgot in the freezer we have something a bit different Itsu Katsu Veg Bao Buns, we have split these up into a few in a bag, looking forward to trying these. We also have some bags of diced carrots.

In the fruit and veg table we have a good selection of apples, grapes, satsumas and bananas. Some fresh red cabbages, courgettes, turnips and onions along with potatoes from Greenvale.

On the shelfs we have still have plenty of meringues, brioche, enchilada kits, taco boat kits, pickled cabbage, the last of the peanut butter, tinned beef hotpot, cranberry sauce, apple sauce, Lindt advent calendars and few boxes on lindor.

Finally we have a box of Flamming Hot doritos, help yourself.
