In the “Larder” this week 29th December 2025
It a smoking and flaming hot selection this week. Namely plenty flaming hot doritos and smoked cheese.
We are very grateful to Cyrenians FareShare Edinburgh for continuing to work throughout the festive period allowing us to open on the 30th of December 2025.
The shelf is well stocked with onion gravy, tonic, enchilada kits, shredded cabbage, peanut butter, pasta, selection boxes, jars of cranberry and apple sauces and some selection packs too.
Our fridge also has a good range with muller corner yogurts, coconut water, smoked cheese, ham and cheese primula, curry cooking sauce, fresh orange, lovely spicy lentil soup, hummus, little lasagna’s for kids over 1, garlic and herb dips and beef stroganoff.
The freezer continues to be well stocked with chicken in mushroom sauce, McKain baked potatoes, chips, roast potatoes, large Yorkshire puddings and lovely Farne of Scotland salmon.
Our veg table is looking great too, plenty brussels, carrots, parsnips, Greenvale potatoes for a slap up new years dinner. We still have a few satsumas that are lovely and sweet along with pink lady potatoes.
Our free table has some rosti mix, warm hats and cans of coke.
Almost forgot we have plenty of meringues for a new years pudding.
