In the Larder this week 16th September 2024

Well it’s a real challenge this week. As you will see from the photos, we have a bumper amount of fresh fruit and vegetables. We need a bigger table!

Also this week we have 24 tins of coffee on the extras table.

The fridge has a distinctly Italian theme. Lots of macaroni and lasagne.

A while ago I tried freezing ripe bananas. I can now report that it works and the loaf I made worked perfectly.

Come along tomorrow and stop all this food going to landfill.
